Additional Terms & Conditions:
All In-Store and Take-Home Party costs, including Birthday Pick A Brick Boxes, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Parties must be paid in full at time of booking. One $100 gift card is issued at time of booking and used to purchase a set for each child at the party to build and take home. An additional charge of $15 per child is required for in-store parties over 10 children; maximum number of children per store is solely at the Store Manager's discretion. All participating children must be at least 6 years old. A parent or guardian must be present at the time of the party. Other customers may be present in the store at the time of party. Birthday Pick A Brick Boxes may only be purchased along with a Birthday Party package. No food or beverage is allowed in the store. Party availability varies by time and location; not all stores may be available at all times. Many stores may book several weeks in advance. In-Store parties are not available in November and December. Please see Store Manager for more party details and restrictions.
